80’x150’, Heat, No A/C, 12,000 square feet. Clear span building with concrete floor. Capacity of 1,200 people (standing) and 600 people (seated). Restrooms attached. Full kitchen behind building available for add-on to your rental.
Friday - Saturday or Sunday rates require at least a 2-day rental.
Community Events Building
50’x120’, Heat & A/C, 6,000 sq. ft. Clear span building with concrete floor and small kitchen. Restrooms attached. No animals allowed in building.
4H Building
Comprised of 3 sections:
Upper kitchen area 30' x 10'.
Meeting space, Upper East 45' x 40' and
Upper West 30' x 30' has a capacity of 40.
Lower kitchen area 15' x 10'.
Meeting space, Lower Level 60' x 50' has a capacity of 200.
There is heat in each area.
No animals allowed in building.
Expo Hall
150' x 110' with pillars and approx. 14,735 sq. ft.
There is a utility surcharge for A/C and Heat.
Dairy Barn
120’ x 200’ and approx. 24,000 sq. ft. Concrete floor, closed in on two sides, wash racks when available are an extra fee. Bedding will be billed at cost, plus labor for setup/cleanup. Additional fees may apply for water and electricity. Available only in April, May, June, July, and September.
OLD JUDGING PAVILION
240' x 40', and approx. 9,600 sq. ft. Pavement and partial side walls. Available only in May, June, July and September as an add-on to another building rental.
Saloon Stage
24' x 40' Stage, with 4 dressing rooms and a green room with kitchenette. It is possible to seat 1500 people in this area, theater style.
Community Stage
24’ x 40’ stage, with dressing room.
Historical Building
Meeting space - heated and cooling available, includes 5 table & 25 chairs. AV equipment is an additional cost and requires a county employee to use. No animals allowed in building.
