- Pre-sale admission tickets can be purchased at the Fair Office on Mon, Tues, Wed (July 1-3) from 8:00AM – 5:00 PM.
- Fair Office sales can be done by check, card*, or exact cash. Checks can be made payable to SWWFair.
- Tickets can also be purchased at the gate on Thursday, July 4th at 5:30 PM. Cash and card* will be accepted.

Derby FAQs
- What is the difference between the different types of tickets?
Grandstands is seating in the main Grandstands. Trackside is down on the arena floor right up against the fence. Beer Garden is the premium arena floor seating for 21+ to drink your beer while watching the show.
- Can I bring beer into the Grandstands?
No, unfortunately not. You may go down to the Beer Garden and enjoy your beer, but you may not bring it into the Grandstands.
- Can I purchase pit passes?
We do not sell pit passes in the Fair Office or at the gate. They may only be purchased through the Derby Association prior to the event.
- Do my pit passes grant me access to the Grandstands?
No, pit passes do not grant you access to the Grandstands. They are used for the pit area only.
- What time do the fireworks start?
Fireworks will start at 10:30 PM.
- What time does the Derby start?
7:00 PM!! Gates open at 5:30 PM & food/beverage vendors available.
- Will there be food available to purchase?
Yes! Food and beverage vendors.
- Can I bring my own food in?
Yes, you are allowed to bring in your own food and drink. Just no glass bottles, alcohol, or large coolers.
- Can I bring in a cooler?
You may bring a small (personal sized) soft sided cooler that can be carried on your body. No large plastic coolers are allowed.
- Can I leave a blanket and come back?
We are not responsible for any property that is lost or stolen and cannot guarantee the safety of your spot.
